  • 1992, JLS Consulting founded, a provider of used computer systems (IBM Midrange)
  • 1995, JLS Consulting Awarded “IBM Value Added Reseller” status
  • 1996
    • Began offering custom software developments
    • Developed first custom software application – Sales Quotation System for Major manufacturing company integrated to existing ERP
    • Name change to JLS Technologies
  • 1998-2000, “JD Edwards Small Business Solution” reseller
  • 2000
    • Decision to build internal intellectual property
    • Second company formed, Ceeva, Inc.
    • Ceeva.net concept developed – combine legacy knowledge with Internet delivered capability
    • Completed acquisition of I-muse, September, 2000
    • Acquisition & product development funded internally
  • 2001 Renewed commitment to systems integration and custom software applications
  • 2002 Built and delivered v1 of KnowledgeServer IT
  • 2003 Entered into Law Firm market space, by mid-2004 dominated local market

  • 2008 Introduces Constituent Manager™ to non-profit marketplace
